Private Dining Room Booking
A deposit of $250 in the form of cash, check, or credit card is due upon signing of this agreement. This deposit cannot be refunded within thirty (30) days of event. At the time contract is signed, a valid credit card must be presented. One check will be presented and final payment (less amount of deposit) is due upon completion of your event. If final payment is not received at the end of the event, Bistecca will chargecredit card for total amount owed.
A guaranteed final guest count is due ten (10) business days in advance of your event. If no guarantee isreceived, client will be charge for the number of guests originally contracted for when the reservation wasmade; or for the number of guests in attendance, whichever is greater. Should the actual number of guests fallbelow the guaranteed number, client will be charged for the number of guests guaranteed ten (10) businessdays prior to the event.
Single suites are reserved for a minimum of 15 guests, with a food and beverage minimum of $1500.00.
Double suites (Adios I & II) are reserved for a minimum of 25 guests and a $3000.00 food and beverage minimum.
If a room is requested and reserved for anytime before 4 PM, normal business hours of Bistecca, an additional $500 in food and beverage will be imposed. Private suites are reserved for a four (4) hour period. If the room is requested for more then 4 hours, therewill be an additional $375 added to the food and beverage minimum.
Bistecca Steakhouse & Wine Bar reserves the right to adjust menu and menu pricing within 60 days of scheduled event.
Alcohol, beverages and/or food from outside source, including Hollywood Casino, may not be brought onto Bistecca premises including suites, hallways, and balcony and lobby areas. Likewise, alcoholic beverages purchased through Bistecca may not leave the Bistecca premises or transported to other areas of the casino.
Displays, signs and decorations may not be used without express permission from Bistecca. Client agrees to be responsible for any damage done to suites, equipment, and or/restaurant during use of premises. Bistecca is not responsible for loss or damage to any property brought into or left in the private suites or restaurant by anyorganization or its guests.
If for any reason the client, should cancel the event prior to ten(10) days from said event, we will refund the advance deposit. If client cancels within ten (10) days of the event, we will hold any advance deposit. If the event is cancelled within 48 hours of date reserved, the guest will be charged the amount that was guaranteed ten(10) days prior.
This agreement is void if Bistecca cannot perform services due to uncontrollable circumstances. If food or services specified cannot be furnished for any reason due to such circumstances, other food and services may be substituted at prices ordinarily charged for them, but not in excess of the price agreed upon.
Submitting your signature and date indicates that you have read and agree to the terms of this agreement as outlined above and also authorizes Bistecca to charge credit card for final payment if payment is not received at the end of the event.
